SETs the style of synthetic speech which is generated by the SAY command.
Set Talk sex,mode,pitch,rate
sex =1 for female
=0 for male.
mode toggles the intonation system. A value of one activates it and zero turns it off.
pitch sets the tone of the speech from a low of 65 to a high of 320.
rate enters the speed of the speech in words per minute. Allowable values range from 40 and 400.
