Initialises double buffered sample playing. The actual swapping will only occur when the sample has been totally played through the speaker.
Sam Swap Voices To address,length
voice is a bit pattern to define the voices to be affected,just like the SAM RAW instruction.
address is the address of the next section of your sample to play. This must be in chip memory.
length is the number of bytes to be played.
