Returns the status of the shift keys after you`ve tested the keyboard with INKEY$.
s=Scanshift
Depending on the situation, you`ll get one of the following values.
=0 no [Shift]
=1 [Left Shift]
=2 [Right Shift]
=3 both [Shift] keys set
