Loads an icon image from the screen, and saves it into the Icon bank. (Bank 2)
Get Icon i,tx,ty To bx,by
Grabs image number i from tx,ty to bx,by on the current screen.
Get Icon s,i,tx,ty To bx,by
Gets an icon of the requested dimensions from screen s.
