Prints out the DIRectory of files held on your current disc.
Here are some typical uses.
Dir "Df0:" : Rem List all files in internal drive
Dir "Examples:" : Rem List all files on named disc
Dir "A*" : Rem List all files starting with A
Dir "*.*" : Rem List all files with an extension
